I have just finished refitting the Xpress and put on a new 80lb Hand controlled MinnKota Trolling motor. I am selling the 24V 76lb Motor Guide Energy that was on there for 3 seasons. This motor is in great shape. The only reason I switched was due to the layout of my Xpress(stick steering) and that I really like the hand controlled MinnKota's. New models run between $700.00(71lb thrust) and $900.00 (81lb). I am selling mine for $300.00.
If you ever wanted to upgrade to a 24 volt system, this is a great deal. Night and day difference in power and endurance. The motor is in perfect shape. Even the prop, which usually get mangled, is in good shape. I can bring it to the meeting on Wed in anybody is interested.
