I'm sorry guys, I'm totally confused. Can someone please explain to me simply. I have a 14' electric motor powered boat. I am a resident of Pa, and have both Pa. and NJ fishing licenses. If I want to take my boat to a New Jersey Lake ( Mercer, Mountain, Oxford), Do I need a safety certificate ? Can someone please clarify this for me ?
