Hello all, I would just like to let everyone know that.........
Cabelas, the PA Fish and boat Commission and MI50 have teamed up and we'd like to introduce to you all,.... the first time ever, anywhere...
An Indoor Muskie Hatchery out at Cabelas Hamburg store! These 2,500 fish were donated from the state to Cabelas. Cabelas will be raising and feeding the fish till spring and then they will be stocked into local waters for all to fish. So go check out these 4" babies and watch them grow over the next 8-9 months. Cause one day they'll be fifty inches. Huge Thank You's to, Pa fish and boat and also to Cabelas...Bruce Faire. Thanks for making this all possible.

WOW !!!!! Well done MI 50. Now that's thinking outside the box. It's a brilliant plan and a winner for everyone. You just moved the ball down the field in a big way from protecting the "kids" and getting them to a bigger stocking size to allowing those who pass to watch them grow. This is something to be really proud of.
Any chance of setting up a video to record their growth ? I know it won't be easy but it would be really cool.
I'll be out that way on business... can't wait to stop in and see the "kids" in their new play pen... lol.

Thanks Cal, a video of that would be awesome. Not sure if we can get that done or not, worth checking into though. I do know that we got members going out there three times a week at least and taking pictures of them. We'll get some cool growing pics that way. Cant help but to just keep 😀

Just out there today to see the kids! All look very healthy, but did have a question regarding the babies. I noticed that there were some all "bottled up together". It was so cool! Talk about a bait pod. Very cool just overhearing the crowds.
