Hey,
I'm not sure that was the exact title of the article, but it was a real boost for our bretheren in Chapter 22. The May 2007 issue of MI Magazine has a very good article on the Seminar that was held, I believe, in the Hacketstown area. It was a part of a rotating forum that included state biologists, fisheries experts and members of 22, all designed to enlighten the public as to the processes and requirements of not only game fish but forage fish as well.
The author of the article was kind enough to mention our chapter a number of times, as well as the contributions made by a couple of our outstanding members. He made note of a comment made by a woman in our state's fishery department, can't remember her name, who gave kudos to Chapter 50 for being instrumental in the changing of regulations, most notably the creel and 40 inch minimum length limits. Also mentioned in the article was our financial help in funding the seminar as well as lures produced by our own Matt Lysek and Sebastian (sorry Seb can't remember the spelling of your last name while writing this) which they both contributed.
All in all it was a great article and a great way to show off the accomplishments of 22 and, to a lesser degree, us. I believe the forum will be held in Illinois next year and possibly Indiana the next (or vice versa). We should look into sponsoring it ourselves some day.
