We should know soon about the float stocking schedule for this fall . As most of us know its short notice at best, stockings are during the week , so if you can help check back on the board regularly this month for stocking dates . we can't have to much help you dont need a boat either .
I have info on a 4x4x8 holding pen to hold the balance of the fingerling so we can float stock 100% of the fish this year. Matt L

Count me in!!! That is something I would really like to do. Please let me know of schedule, as I have rotating days off. This week Aug.7 Monday, the following week Tuesday, etc. Thanks

Sometimes you've got to "jiggle' it, and sometimes you've got to give it one big

I would like to help but the only weekday I can possibly get away is a Thursday. If any stockings end up being on a Thurs. I can get someone to cover my shop for the day. I have a 20ft center console w/ 2 livewells that can hold a couple guys and lots of fish.

I should be able to make at least one event. This is the same every year.Only a couple of days notice so leave a vacation day or two open so you can help. This is a very importent part of what the club does to improve our fishery and its alot of fun too. This year we'll need a couple of guys to man the holding nets so you dont have to own a boat to be a part of this.I'm wondering if officers should get together and discuse pulling the trigger on one or two holding pens so we can be prepaird in september??Bob

I talked to Tom Perkarskie today and he told me that Pleasant Mount should be ready to stock tigers in less than a month. Tom told me that he should be able to give us a week notice. Bluemarsh and Beltzville are on the list in our area this year.Pures are to follow!
There will be more than one stocking this season, so I hope we can get help each time we need it. This is a sure-fire way to help the future of muskie fishing in Southeastern Pa..

The "SS TUNA CAN" cannot handle tanks full of water and Muskie, so if I can make the date I can man the holding pens at the ramp or get a ride with someone  and dump lunge.

Hey,

Well, if possible, you can count me and my boat in again this year. It all comes down to enough lead time to get all my ducks in a row here at work.

I can help out as well- especially if it happens in September. My boat can handle four large cans that I've used before at the Nock. I can probably get a hold of some air stones to hook up to a portable air pump. -Eric

I've got a 30 gal. live well and can handle as many barrels as you may need me to. Also, I've got an air pump.

Surplus is nice, but this isn't really good if you want to try and establish purebreds in Marsh.Pures will have to be 12 to 15 inches long when stocked, if they are going to have a chance to survive amongst all the tigers.

They are there and i hear a lot of reports of people catching them. I know several bass guys who have got them on Rapalas DT6 and DT10's,(go figure ???) and i personally know they were released.... now if i can only figure out how to get one myself {[{[...

but just to let you know MI50 stocking is working, check out this nice fish caught last month 44" 22lbs..

Also Steve W, are they planning on stocking pures in there soon? I would love to see that... but your right they will need to be 12-15" to survive..

SURE!
The local bass clubs would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that! I'm up for it. It should be a very interesting day on the water. Hope that we have a "healthy fleet" out there. We may need the numbers!

I can make it - preferably the closer to Jersey the better...

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
