[HELP NEEDED]Guide for Pennsylvania fishing tour

Hello everyone.
I'm an italian spinning fisherman and I found this site (and this forum) with a research because in mid-october, I and my future wife planned to travel in U.S.A. (around Philedelphia, I love NFL and Eagles ;D) for our married-holiday.
We would fish some musky with an experienced guide and, on this argument, I sent a mail to Mr. Jeffery Young (one of your sponsor).
He tell me that he gived up guiding professionally and now I'm really in trouble :'(

Then, anyone can give me some advice on a seriuous guide that can guide our for two days in october?
We are experienced pike fishers (totally no-kill), but I think that your ambiental condition and muskellunge hunting is really different from our standards 🙂 and then I think that we definetively need a good guide 🙂
Please, remember that we need to rent rods because for us is very difficult to travel with ours.

Another question: I read that Pennsylvania permits a 3 day fishing license for tourist, where we can order the license and how much time is needed to obtain that?

Now, the final question 🙂
I know that fishing is not mathematic and it's alway possible to catch nothing (it's life), but, since we are in order to spend some big money to travel in Pennsylvania - New Jersey, what is the percentage to catch some musky in October/November?
I thank you in advance and I excuse myself fo my bad english.
Regards.
