Your clubs presentation at Cabellas was compelling enough to join MI and sent in my membership application a few days ago. Other than buying each club member a new muskie bait [&]] is there any additional cost imposed on chapter #50 membership?

All we ask is that you volunteer as much as possible to help where needed. We all pitch in a couple of bucks at our meetings for raffles but there is no other formal contribution required.

Good to have you aboard Opti. (I've seen you screen name on the Bucks board.) I think the important thing to know is that the $30.00 goes 100% to international. For that money you get a bi-monthy magazine and a calander at the end of the year.
All of the money generated for our local fisheries is done by a bunch of hard working guys in this chapter. I think that you will be impressed with some of the accomplishments and dedication of this group. The lures for the tourney and raffles at the meetings are purchased by Bob at a deep discount so we can make a few bucks on them. Some of our sponsors and even some members throw in a few lures from time to time as well. -Eric
