I've heard some good things about Mountain Lake in Jersey and would like to check it out. I do have a question though, hopefully someone could help me with. I know I need an out of state fishing license, but someone told me , if I plan to launch my boat, I need a NJ boat Registration for both boat and trailer. Where would I start with this? Who would I contact? Thanks in advance for all info...

George

To the best of my knowledge, an out of state license is all you need.Battery only also.

When you get your NJ license there is a carbon copy behind it that represents license registration for your boat / trailer. You place the white copy in the rear left window of your truck or ride (that to my knowledge is sufficient unless your trailer is not even PA registered, then I am not sure). J

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Thanks Joe.. My boat is registered in Pa., so that's all I would need?? I guess I could get my license at any WalMart, does it have to be in Jersey or can I get it here?

Thanks again
