i was wondering if anyone fishes this lake in pa and if they have any luck. i was talking to my local takle dealer this weekend and he was telling me about alot of hoggs that are in there he doesnt fish for muskies so i was wondering if, anyone had any advise how to fish it, best time and type of lure they had a lot of luck with

Hoggs you say.Tom lets change the toirny to the nock again this year.Tim,i dont fish the nock but i can say i have never herd of a big muskie coming from there,or anyone having a multiple fish day.A waste of time in my opinion.But there are other members that may feel diferently than me.Good luck either way,Bob

The Nock (aka The Dead Sea)
There are big fish there they are just vegetarian its a tough lake the pickrel are great and lots of big bass we will not be having a outing there any time soon. Tom

The "dead sea" has not produced on a regular basis for years. Occasionally we hear about one or two tigers, but that's it. There is better water out there than the nock.
