Hey guys,
Thought you might like to check out some of the pics from today's Youth Fishing Day. Thanks again to all who donated and helped out today. Matt, Dave, Jeremy, Tim, Ben and Twig along with Silvia and Gary, Dieter, and Bob Jones. Thanks again...without your help and interest, it wouldn't have been possible. And finally, I would like to thank Mike Skurecki and WCO Creyer for lending support for our event. Everyone seemed to have a good time and are looking forward to next year! Thanks again guys!

George thank you also for putting on a great event . It was a great success . I think all of the kids had a good time.
A memorable moment was when Georges Niece came up to me at the end and thanked Mr Matt for helping her catch her first fish, It almost gave me a tear :'(

Hey,

Great effort guys. It gave the kids memories for a life time and possibly for you as well. Time spent with kids, in a constructive manner, is never time wasted. Thanks

Here are some more pics from the youthday. My family and I had a blast. It was great seeing all those kids all excited over those little fish. It truly made a difference is some of kids. Some of them wouldn't want you
to leave and go help another one just because they liked the company of us just fishing and helping each other. Wish more guys from the club would of been in on this. It really touches you helping these kids. It can really change a person. And great job JJ. The little kid got the big fish!!!! AWESOME. It couldn't of been written any better. Later on

Well put Mr. Worm. I feel the same way just being around those kids, hungry to learn all they can really puts this crazy world we live in, into a little perspective. They all were really well behaved, and attentive kids, it was a pleasure hanging out with everyone that attended. I second what Jeremy said, it would of been nice to see a few more faces from the club, but George had everything under complete control.
Great work George!
If any of the kids that attended yesterday are reading this great job to you as well. Fish on guys and gals!

Later,
Josh aka (MR TWIG) ;D

Just to clarify it would of been nice seeing more faces isn't a rant what I mean is because of some the other memorable moments, I was able to share with both the club members and the kids. For instance I honestly think that they must feed those swans raw meat or something they were deffintely some crazy birds ;D. Or some of the faces of the kids and the parents when Mike Skurecki did a Bear Grill and ripped the head off of the trout some little girl from the boys and girls club just caught. The video of J.J. catching his catfish is classic. The little boy that couldn't figure out why people were calling me TWIT, I had to explain to him that they were calling me TWIG not TWIT. I truly enjoyed the time I got to spend with everyone. I can only imagine some of the other humor that some club members could have brought to the day.

Just an idea

Great job everybody! I'd really like to tip my hat to George for pulling this off. And not just because he's one of the Blackberry Banditos! I'd have much preferred to have been there than sitting here talking to my parents about funeral wishes and all that stuff. So way to go to all who were involved!

I fish because I can't hear my wife from the boat!!!
