Just read an article about construction to be done at Prompton Reservoir. When I first started to read it, I thought were going to have a problem, but it looks like we shouldn't. There is going to be construction work on the spillway beginning in April. The parking lots, picnic area, disc golf and fishing will only be available on the weekends beginning Memorial weekend and lasting till Labor Day. So we still have access to it for our outing. But this shoots down all my plans for this lake otherwise! Guess I'll have to hit Lackawanna more. And it's a good thing we changed the date of our tourney. Of course I suppose we could have just shifted to Lackawanna State Park. It's warm and sunny. I'm heading to Wallenpaupak to fire up the big motor. First time this year. Might even throw some lures! ;D
