another example of land development being done for financial interests and not the interests of the people, especially the local people. THis developer will probably get approval through "donations" to the Township. I work in land development (and it kills me) and this is how all the largely opposed projects get approval. Planning Commisions are just politicians selling there own ambitions. It's already happened behind my house and will continue this way. How many farms can Toll Brothers, THP and Ryan Homes destroy with these million dollar McMansions. No wonder there are bear sightings in my neighborhood for the first time ever. Sad part is the effects these developments have on the environment are irreversible. Wait until the golf course starts flushing fertilizer into Marsh Creek. The phospahtes and nitrogen will deplete all the oxygen... Just my rant.
