Hey guys,
Musky Ed emailed me some info on a restaurant near our tournament. They can handle our group no problem for roughly $10.00 a person. This might be they way to go. We won't have to worry about keeping the food or getting to the pavilion first. Any thoughts ?

Talked with the guy at Schoolhouse Restaurant. They've had a party of 30 trucks w/trailers there before. A rough count from our tourny post I'm coming up with about a dozen rigs. Parking will not be a problem. Cost is $6.00 a person for the hamburger/ hotdog and soda plan. Or up to $10.00 a person and he can add more food variety and also put out beer. [&]] It's outside under a pavilion that can hold up to 75 people. He has the date open but we would have to be out by 5:00 pm so we free up his parking for his dinner crowd. It would be nice to let him know for sure in the next week or so if we want it. With alot of the guys going up Friday night this might be the way to go so we don't have to worry about keeping the food. What's everybody think ?

Not a problem. I, myself, would prefer to go this route. For the reason you gave, food storage. I wouldn't want to see anyone get sick, or on a lesser note, just have to throw stuff out. Plus, we can all relax and focus on the business at hand and not have to worry about putting everything together. And at that point, I'd rather have a cold beer than a soda. [&]] I think we could be out of there by 5 to accomodate his dinner crowd. What do other's think? Let's have your input folks. Will anyone have family or guests with them?
