I understand that we're looking for people to step up here so that we can make changes to our site on a more regular basis. I will not claim to have any design skills but I can and have used browser based tools to push files live on web sites previously. I'm volunteering to do that type of work if someone can help create the design files that I would put live. FYI- I do not have photoshop.
