I joined MI about 3 months ago and haven't received any kind of acknowledgement in the mail. I called the MI phone # and left several messages with a woman by the name of Terri. It is my understanding I would be receiving a monthly or bi monthly magazine as a collateral member benefit but haven't seen any magazines yet either. Are these time parameters normal for processing new members?

Some members have had some delays, but This sounds a bit long. Terri is a volunteer and can get backed up. Usually, she respondes quickly to e-mails. I don't have her e-mail available at this computer, but I have it at home. If you can't get it, let me know and I'll post it later. - Eric

Eric- It's not a huge problem and I am indeed grateful for volutnteers. I paid via providing my credit card number and am mostly concerned that if the application became lost, there can be some potential for unauthorized credit card use. I do however, like good reading material and since I usually read my bi monthly Musky Hunter magazine in about a week, there's still is a lot of time for another Essox magazine.
