Anyone ever use a Curtis Creature? I read an old article by a Guide named Curtis, who came up with this jig type of lure.
Looks like a real slow bottom bouncer with a blade as the tail. Might be real good this time of year considering that I picked up a ski, and a couple of boys from mi22 recently picked up a few, all using 1/4 oz jigs ( i guess they were walleye fishing too)
hmmmm....might be something to this slow jigging....

Speaking of jigs, did you read the article in In-Fisherman about jig fishing for muskies. This is the 3rd time they discussed this technique in 1.5 years so they must really think it is effective. They also talk about how good it is for river fishing which, as you can imagine, really interests me!!! I have a couple and will definetly give it some time this year.
