Hello,
I am a newby to the site. I will be fishing the susky below harrisburg. Since I have a V bottom bassboat this is not good place to use it so I will be wading, in relatively shallow, rocky water and would like to know what I should use. I fished this past summer and had a few follows on bucktails, but once they seen me they said see ya. I have not fished alot for musky like I should because I know I can always catch bass. I have heard of musky being caught, and since fall is a good time, I am going to try it.

A good 8-10" twitch bait is a great lure. Jakes, Warner Baits, Grandmas, Tuff Shad and many more come in to their own this time of the year. This is a great time for your biggest baits, with some fishermen pulling baits up to 16" and even longer. An erratic retrieve will often be the ticket, though many have great luck with a steady retrieve as well.
