Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem I have regarding a Fudally Reef Hawg I recently picked up. I've been out over the weekend ( Mercer ) and been having trouble working this lure. I don't know if I'm correct with my "presentation". What I've doing is to pull the rod down, like a jerkbait, but I doesn't seem to do anything, other than to be pulled down. Is this supposed to move side to side? Any help would be appreciated.

George

George, there is no riight or wrong way to work a reef hog.You decide what it will look like. That being said,i work mine with short, sharp jabs or taps. What that does is makes it dart side to side and occationaly up or down.Keep in mind that because their made of wood, some will ride higher than others and some will glide farther than others.Keep working at it and if you only have one it might be worth getting a second to compair it to.Bob.

George,

I work it totally different than Bob . I usually work it with short pulls to get some depth then Ill rip and pull it. It gets the bait running erratic and down alittle deeper. Some Hawgs are bobbers so youll have to work it a bit slower to get it down. They are basically a piece of wood that catches fish so dont give up on using it , they catch Fish. <<<<><<< <<<<><<< <<<<><<< Matt L
