First advice would be - Don't go on the Delaware in these water conditions, or anything remotely like them, in a canoe. That being said, even in summer, sight fishing (or even looking) for Muskies is at best hit and miss. If you're looking to find Muskies in the river at this time of the year, find a nice, big eddy and work it from shore. If you're there long enough, a Muskie will find you. There a quite a few suitable eddies between Riegelsville and Bushkill. Just check the satellite maps on Google Maps or come to a club meeting and talk to some of the guys, we'll point you in the right direction.
