Well I have yet to have to call them that I saw anything happening. I have talked to a few officers and they say, don't hesitate to call and we'll deal with them. If you ever have to call, tell them your a concerned member of MI50. They know us well. Thanks for caring for our babies.

When you call they right down what you tell them and the people drive away before they get spoken to unless you talk to them yourself, or you could call the MTF!! Only if its local. ;D Atleast thats what happens when ive called. never for fishing though. Unless your fishing with the person thats doing it 😉 Best to educate them before you put hole in boat! ha ha good luck Catchin!! Me ;D
