just wondering what some good lures are to use for tigers this time of year in a river. Im going to the schylkill on saturday and was wondering what to use. i had one nice fish come after my spinner when smallmouth fishing and my dad hooked one a couple years back on a spinner but just wondering what to try and what colors if you have any suggestions. thanks. cory

Cory, all depends of water conditions---clear use natural colors and almost anything from spinners to jerks to topwater ----- stained baits with action like spinnerbaits and spinners (flashy) lime green--black--orange --plastic baits with tail action like a bulldog---dirty or mud stay home

All muskies like topwater, Pures and Tiger.

Very underlooked option when picking lures, especially in rivers.

Remember, river are usually pretty shallow so the surface is another "edge" to fish.
