I see that no one has replied, so I'll take a stab at it. I was a bit surprised one time when I had muskies chasing bucktails (and ignoring everything else) down to about 52 degrees in the fall. As far as spring goes, I think they're pretty much ready to eat bucktails once they start eating again after spawning when the water temps are around 60 degrees. The best spring bite is probably from the upper 60's to low 70's.
