This mild heat waves has really warmed the smaller lakes up to and above 80 degrees already . I would suggest you try a cooler river or lake up north . If you must fish these lakes try a water release and water pics only these fish cant handle the heat .
Delayed mortality is real with these high temps .

This latest heat wave is hot ,With no relief in sight I would even suggest taking a break on the fish till it gets a little cooler [[%&]]

Went to Mercer Lake last night, surface water temp was 86deg... cooled down to a modes 84 at 11:30pm.... August seems like a good month to do other activities.... <<<<><<<
