I'm looking at spending a few weekdays staying somewhere and fishing with the wife and kid. The requirements include:
-some type of cabin rental
-something interesting for wife and kid to do whilst I fish
-overnight boat rental (I may be able to borrow a boat and avoid this problem)
-docking
-within two hours of Allentown, PA (I may need to bend on this)
-good muskie fishing and an open season (leaving PA and NJ)
I was thinking Greenwood, which always appears to be good that time of year. Anton's may work, but I don't know if it will be "cabin-like" enough to appease the wife. Any other places on Greenwood that might fit the bill? What about any other NJ waters? The Delaware or the Susquehanna?
Glendale has rental cabins right on the lake and I know it well, but is a long drive for us. Maybe Raystown, but it has a mixed muskie fishing history (really good or really bad).
Thanks in advance for the help,
Chris
