Hey guys, since I can’t catch a fish I made a tackle box ;D, inspired by Greg’s Captain Harry’s Tackle Tamer. Pretty easy to make if you have a band saw or know someone who has one and would be nice to cut the lexan for you. (Thanks Ricky) It cost me about $40 in material. I can provide dimension and how to if anyone is interested.
The way I made it, it will hold 40 baits. I also thinking of putting some strap on side to hold bolt cutters and plyers.

Good stuff Seb! The only downside is that you can't hide any "secret" weapons.
I will make a small suggestion. 40 baits would be about 10 lbs plus the weight of the box itself. The two screws holding the dowl may eventually cause the lexan to crack. If you extended the piece of wood used to seperate the center lexan holders up to the top of the dowl, you could screw through the lexan, that wood spacer and into the dowl. That would disperse the the pressure over more surface area and have four to five screws bearing the weight. -Eric

That's a nice musky box. For those of you that are too lazy to construct something like that (like me) try the "musky bucket". I love them, they are 20 bucks on rollie and helens website. Convert any 5 gallon bucket into a musky bait tackle box, you can even squeeze in the legend plows.

Nice Job [&]]
I'd be interested in the "how to" part since I've also got a hanging bait bag full of bling. The biggest problem with my current tackle storage is that as baits fall to the bottom of the bag, I have to either empty the bag to retrieve the fallen ones or risk pushing my hand past all the hanging hooks....ouch!
It looks like enough real estate in your set up to get a hand in and out of the bottom without too much troubles.
