Hey,
I don't know what a Dipsy Diver Rod is but I'm assuming it would be a rod designed for trolling. I do know that a Dipsy Diver is a device that acts as a planer/diving system that allows you to spread your lures out behind the boat and gets your lure down to the desired depth while trolling.
Hey, come to think of it, maybe that's how that guy was running a boat by himself with six rods in the water on Hopatcong the other weekend. Guess I'll have to get some of those!!!
