Hi Everyone,

James at Tackle Industries is offering our Chapter wholesale pricing on Tackle Industry Rods. I've attached a link to his website to check out the rods being offered, (Musky/Pike, Bass & Walleye. If you're interested in purchasing rods, please post here with what you'd like to order. Also if the club would like to order any for the upcoming Sports Show or any other events, post here. Shipping cost will be dependent on how many rods we order. Rods would be available for pickup at January 2017 Monthly Meeting.

I'd like to put a deadline for the Rod Order of Friday, December 2nd, 2016.

Pricing, see below, he is offering wholesale pricing, this also includes bass and walleye rods:

Please specify if you'd like Full or Split Grip when ordering.

Link to Tackle Industries Website for more information:

Thanks....Silvia

I'll take a 9' (1pc) split grip but not certain on XH (2-8 oz) or XXH (up to 16 oz). Anyone throwing the XH and is it strong enough for dbl 10's and mag dawgs? Thanks

No, not all the guide ring inserts are alconite. Just the tip top. Number of guides 10: Fuji Aconite tip top guide, and 9 SiC guides (Silicon Carbide).

The blanks are a modified IM8 blank (graphite), with the trade secret Titan TM technology to give the rods super strength, flexibility, and feel.

I have both mike. I prefer the xxh for mags and 10s. Although
The xh does load up better throwing blades, I feel like it flexes a bit
Too much in the 8.

Do the telescopic handles hold up over time or do they get sloppy?

Silvia

Can I get a 10 in Split Grip, MH power, Telescopic?

I checked his website and I did not see it but maybe I missed it.

If so I will take one.

Hi Les,

As far as the telescopic rods and the cork handles, I haven't heard of any issues with them. Sorry it isn't a better answer, but hope that helps.

Thanks...Silvia
